Whether your skin is changing due to perimenopause, menopause, or simply the passage of time, our formulas are designed to work with your skin, not against it. Each product page includes specific recommendations to help you find your perfect match.

What makes Frelyn different from other skincare brands? We are a Filipina inspired skincare brand that celebrates the richness of nature and the beauty of Filipino heritage. Our philosophy is pro-aging, not anti-aging. We believe your skin should reflect the powerful, radiant person you already are — nourished by botanicals rooted in Filipino tradition.

Can I use multiple Frelyn products together? Absolutely. Our products are designed to work beautifully together. Each product page includes guidance on how to layer and combine them for a complete skincare routine. Simple, effective, and rooted in nature.

What is the shelf life of your products? Our skincare products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for maximum efficacy. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy? Our products are made with clean, gentle ingredients. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare products during pregnancy or nursing.


Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost? Orders of $50 or more ship free with our complimentary shipping. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.95. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping arrives within 5 to 7 business days after processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at shopfrelyn@gmail.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to update your shipping address or make changes, contact us as soon as possible at shopfrelyn@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you offer international shipping? We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are exploring for the future. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we expand.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days, even if the product has been opened. We want you to try it and love it. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? We are sorry that happened. Please contact us immediately at shopfrelyn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.


Subscribe & Save

Can I subscribe to receive products regularly? Yes. Our Subscribe and Save program delivers your favorite products on a recurring schedule at a discounted price. You choose the frequency that works for you, and your subscription ships automatically so you never run out of the products your skin depends on.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription? Of course. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription. You can also contact us at shopfrelyn@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you.


Payments & Account

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is securely processed and we never store your credit card details.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program? We are building something special for our loyal customers. A rewards program is coming soon. In the meantime, our Subscribe and Save program is the best way to save on the products you love.

Are your products available in stores? Frelyn is currently available exclusively through shopfrelyn.com. Shopping directly with us ensures you receive the freshest products straight from our team to you.
