30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Opened products are eligible — we want you to try them with confidence.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopfrelyn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us at shopfrelyn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopfrelyn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the credit.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Subscription Orders Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next shipment date through your account or by contacting shopfrelyn@gmail.com. Refunds on subscription shipments follow the same 30-day guarantee as one-time purchases.
