At Frelyn, we are committed to delivering your premium Filipina inspired skincare quickly and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. For inquiries about future international availability, please contact us at shopfrelyn.com@gmail.com
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Complimentary Shipping: All orders of $50 or more ship free.
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.95. Standard orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Order Tracking After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please allow 24 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly before arrival. If you still have not received your order after that time, contact us at shopfrelyn@gmail.com.
Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Please provide a physical street address. Standard shipping times may be extended for Alaska and Hawaii.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shopfrelyn@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and resend your order if necessary.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at shopfrelyn@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Changes to Your Order
- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at shopfrelyn@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Subscribe & Save Orders Subscribe and Save orders follow the same shipping timelines listed above. Subscription orders of $50 or more also qualify for complimentary shipping.
